Satsui no Hadou Ryu - Charge 2

Browsed around my Street Fighter folder looking for references and found some old SF animations I made from my dead SF project. I remembered someone asked me last week they wanted to see more SF stuff. It's old but eh, it's still SF lol!

Dunno how much hours I spent making this.....musta took a long while since I was still new to spriting back then(this was in 2007). I'm surprised how nicely animated I made the particles...it's really flowy. Ryu himself though isn't really good....I think he's like 3 or 4 frames I think. With a few extra frames, it would've looked way better.

On why the color looks kinda non sprited, I sprited everything, colored it like a normal sprite in Animation Shop 3 but then I used GIMP to make each frame more blurred and stuff. Did this cuz in the short trailer I made long ago, regular sprites do NOT work well in a video format....at least from what I tried. XD.

I miss working on that movie project....had to stop cuz it was too difficult making all the sprites. Should've done it in flash but I've never worked with it before.


Satsui no Hadou Ryu(aka Evil Ryu) is from Street Fighter and belongs to Capcom. Make a new Darkstalkers and Rival Schools now......and Marvel Vs Capcom 3....and Capcom Vs SNK 3.
