M.Bison - Psycho Crusher

M.Bison from Street Fighter doing his signature move.

Colors are from his Alpha 3 sprite. This is actually from an old sprite(Ryu Vs M.Bison) but I cut it out from there in the final picture. It was suppose to be a 2nd M.Bison(an illusion clone) who was gonna do a surprise PC on Ryu while the real one fought him head to head.

EDIT: Made his hand brighter. Makes more sense since that's the hand he's got his glowy Psycho Crusher to drill with.
